Lack of Response

I am currently in Hong Kong, with my personal goods sitting in boxes in the depot in Germiston. I had a friend drop then off the since I have already left the country, but after close to 100 email, R700 in phone calls and countless fruitless ways of trying to get someone to send me a quote in order to make payment to have these boxes shipped. I have stressed the fact that it is extremely urgent in every single mail. These boxes contain chronic medication that I need in Hong Kong immediately. I am really shocked by the lack of assistance. Can somebody please execute the simple task of sending a quote????
