Lack of interest in customer and job

Endless issues with TNT Imports Clearance. Yes my shipment was stopped by customs and CBCU, that's not TNT's fault.

But the total lack of interest from Mashudu Tharaga is astounding. Its like I'm dealing with a postal worker.

She forced us to run around for an entire day and a half trying to get a document from my supplier. Freight Statement. In the end this is a document that TNT must supply. Which they eventually did after much complaining. But wasted an entire day and a half.

I then ask her for the LRN Number or Case number in order to contact CBCU to follow up myself to which she sends me 2 documents containing tons of number that I must now sift through to find the number. She knows exactly where the number is and could easily have just copy and pasted that number in an email to me but to stick it to me she attaches documents that i must sift through

She has no empathy for customers & does not care for the fact that a delay is detrimental to our business, & could care less in helping us speed up the process with customs/cbcu. We all know that you can call these government departments and negotiate a timely release. especially TNT!

She needs some spark that one ooh eh eh
