Just disappointing!

I've received a few parcels from China with Fedex with absolutely no problems. Until last month when they called me and said my shipment has arrived. I happily paid my customs. And then I get a call that says my shipment was in a truck that got hijacked. Cool the insurance paid and now the shipment has arrived again. But they are insisting I pay customs again!!! Why should I when they are the ones that lost my shipment? I'm so ****ed off. I obviously have to pay because I've been waiting for this parcel for 2 months now because of the hijack. But definitely informing my supplier not to use y'all again. You can't keep your trucks safe, so you are costing me time and money!!
