I fedwith courier companies who treat their clients like an inconvenience. Messages are generic and when you need feedback you have to constently call or write several times. The blame is always directed at the customs officials. I'm still waitinv for a manager to call or intervene. What you get is cheap price for with generic computer service. No one cares at TNT.
