Credit should be given where credit is due. It has been two shipments in a row now that there was a delay in the delivery of our shipments - our company is Botshop. And two times in a row Julie Hornsfeld-Blair handled the delay and got our shipments delivered to us in super fast time. If I could give Julie 100 stars I would. Thank you so much for caring about us and assisting us so quickly Julie. You are truly the best!!
