Joke service

I have been waiting for my overnight parcel from 24 February and have returned twise with my parcel cause I was not at home. This people don't call on first delivary I have sent an email and they even requested my work telephone number, no one called me and work nearby my home to can collect my parcel. In this age and time this is the first time I'm being forced to stay at home and loose my whole day pay to wait for a parcel. It's a school book for crying out loud my studies depend on it
