the parcel JKS017670 was handed over to them on the 6 nov at 13.11 when I phoned yesterday the 8th I was informed that because I live in a rural area Leeudoringstad North West they only deliver in that area on Fridays this is not acceptable as on the delivery note it states delivery next day. the lady then told me I must phone the 9th as I wanted to know when it will be deliver when I phoned this morning I was informed that they wont be able to tell when it will be delivered what kind of service is this. There are other delivery ccompanies that deliver on a daily basis in Leeudoringstad so why not this company. up till now I still havent receive my parcel which I urgently need for the weekend
