I've been waiting for a whole week now.
I have ordered a package and is still trying to communicate with FedEx management as to why I am waiting so long. The lady told me wait untill she gets a responds from customs. She also said that I should not even enquire or email them until they get feedback. Poor service by FedEx as I still for. Almost a week now
