It’s almost a month and my package has not been delivered!

On the 2nd of this month I ordered through Alloallo a package that was meant to be shipped and delivered by fedex express within 3~5 working days, on the 5th I received a message that it will be delivered on the 10th, on the 10th again I received a message that it will be delivered on the 12th instead I received a call on the 13th around 12:32 from the Johannesburg branch (+27 (10) *** and was promised that package will definitely be delivered in the morning of the 14th, but instead we received an email on the 17th from a Sherwin Pillay demanding that we pay an amount of R454 on top of the R4200 I paid for the order, I advised him that it’s impossible for a delivery to cost that much however I paid the required amount as I need the package for work purposes, I received an email again from a Imthiaz Sayed on the 18th promising to arrange delivery however it’s the 20th today, 3weeks and still my package has not been delivered! I’m so unhappy and disappointed with this appalling experience from Fedix express I don’t know if I have been ****med, I need help to receive my package soon.
