Item delivered - but not to me Or anyone I know

<p>A very expensive and important package (waybill ********** 659) was delivered to my workplace today. Although I never received the package, it's not in my possession. I was only made aware that it was delivered when the seller queried the delivery. Someone else signed for it and took possession of my package.</p> <p> </p> <p>What is the point of having all my details on the waybill? Including my contact number (which is apparently "very important to ensure delivery") . I will NEVER use FedEx again. Whenever I use a courier company again I will make sure it's one that respects my package and delivers it to me personally, not just anyone willing to sign for it. This is disgusting service. </p>
