Is this a dead end or a dead FedEx

My package arrived on the 2nd of June and has been on the ground with no movement at all. Status saying clearance delay. I have called several times, different dates and different consultants with no luck. Finally one of them called request long my Id for clearance which I provide me and send an email of a copy but still nothing. I kept calling and every time I speak to a consultant they keep saying they writing a note to update clearance department. And still nothing. This huge delay has forced me to walk into my wedding without a dress. No one seem to care or see an emergency to assist. Leona - 8July I don’t know what to do to get my package released. Is these a dead end? Does it mean that I lost my money at FedEx? I received about 3 packages with Dhl during that period with no hustle. If there is no response in 5 days, I will have to sue for the costs of my package. I mean it.
