Is it Fedex or Customs
Bought spares from Japan and needed them real quick, shipping option of FedEx 3-5 days delivery. FedEx or customs, who the hell is responsible for my waiting and waiting for my spares. FedEx cant really provide me with any useful info, so I am blaming Fedex I will never use this **** courier again. Been two weeks now and my items are still lying at customs. Took 2 days from supplier in Japan to Oliver Tambo. Paid 1k to get them here and still don't have them. Cant we do anything right.
