IRATE customer!

<p>The most distraught service iv ever received.</p> <p>i work with customers and i always put my customers first! but with TNT it seems to be the opposite.</p> <p>i got a call from one of the agents-Talia and took down my details and i asked if thers any amount to be paid and she advised shipment is a low valu therfore no payment is required.yersteday i receive another call to say i need to make payment and an invoice was sent only today when i call the office to find out about the contradicted statements i received from two different agents-apperantly Talia is new and made a mistake ok fair enough i made payment and i was promised delivery today-after speaking to several agants (about 3 and one promised to call and never did) one last agent i spoke to then told me deliveries to the airport only depart in the mornings and theres no deliveries in the afternoon! i am so dissapointed with the service i got today-waste of time and money as i had to call countless times-i wish your calls are recoreded because i am very IRATE right now and wish i could get an explanation of how the procedure works....my tracking number is ***</p>
