I'm having thee worst experience ever Fedex sent me an invoice of which customs is charging me more than 100% of the total of items I bought of which I cannot afford to pay. How is that possible because I saw this from SARS website "Customs Charges – Should the value of the parcel exceed R1 400, customs charges will be paid on the total price actually paid for the item." my parcel is less than R1 000 but i'm still being charged why?
