<p>Shipment is still not collected!!!!!!!</p> <p>Your ref: ONC ********** 4</p> <p>I booked collection on Monday afternoon and your team confirmed collection for same day, then collection weren’t done so I call yesterday morning again to book collection, yesterday afternoon goods were still here so I called again & your controller confirmed goods will be collected before 16:30 only to find out this morning that goods are still here….</p> <p>This is bad service from a company with a “WELL KNOWN” name… and to make it even worse your warehouse is not even 800m from my office...</p> <p> </p> <p>Lee Olivier</p> <p> </p>
