Inside Job Theft

I bought a very expensive parcel, paid huge amounts of money for delivery. FedEx then gave my parcel to some stranger who claimed I requested him to take it for me , mind you I don't know this person & they don't even call to confirm. They gave me the runaround for a month, nothing is yet fixed . All I get is excuses and stories yet it's thier incompetence. I am emotionally and utterly exhausted from dealing with such mediocrity from such a big established. Embarrassing
