INNOCENTIA SITHEBE is bad for FedEx

INNOCENTIA SITHEBE is the rudest person I have ever come across. Even after I nicely told her to "Please calm down and try to be nice because I am feeling verbally attacked" she never apologized for being rude and continued to disrespect me when all I was asking was for an explanation as to why she is calling me. She even HUNG UP on me when I was mid-sentence. When I called back and asked her why she hung up on me while I was still talking she didn't even apologize. She has no idea how to talk to people and should give up her job and become a cleaner, so that she will not have to talk to customers and give FedEx a bad name. She is a DISGUSTING human being who has no soul or empathy and should not hold any position that involves talking to customers. My case is still unresolved and expect answers.
