Incorrect invoicing a mess with sars

I always struggle with getting the correct invoicing from fedex, no one is helpful i am owed 56000.00 in vat claims which i cant claim because this company cant do paperwork correctly, i avoid shipping with fedex, I am sure fedex themselves know their service is disgusting, They will surely fall if this continues, Your staff in ROD are not effecient , They cause unessary queries to your call centre when they cannot do their jobs correctly in the fist place, IDIOT management
