Incorrect Delivery

Im utterly disappointed with the service Iv received from FedEx customer care and the drives they are *********** and have poor communication s****s and are lairs..... I made and online purchase from Mr price and they do their deliveries, the delivery had been made to the incorrect person and the person had stole the items and sold it around the area. I made numerous attempts in contacting them with little feedback. Today on the 9th they came to house who they delivery to and the person refused to open the door the delivery guys said they where going to the police station to open up a case and come to retrieve the items... I got a call from the driver at 13h30 who said that they are at the police station opening a case it is now 19h00 and I have no feedback... I then contacted the police station and they and said FedEx had not came to lay a case. FedEx needs to contact mrp in order to say the items are irreconcilable as I would get my account credited back with the r1200 which was the value of the items.... This is extremely frustrating!!!!!!! It's been 2 weeks
