***********, uncaring and useless fedex

So useless. I have been trying to amend the delivery address. I emailed and spoke to them and was told to wait till the shipment reached SA to change. I did that. I was told all was in order. Delivery address was changed on the system. I called this them morning to confirm If address was changed to the new address and they said yes.

Later I get an email (thankfully I had subscribed for updates) telling me that my package was delivered to the OLD address. I called customer who Were VERY reluctant to assist as apparently nothing could be done as no one had informed the driver about the delivery change. She then put me on hold for almost 20 minutes. Thankfully I had the contact details of the person who lives at my old address and was able to pick up my parcel.

No thanks to useless Fedex. All they could was send me an email saying that the delivery address was changed on the 30th. No accountability. No plan to recover my parcel nothing. Imagine if I had not known the person they had delivered to. I would have lost my stock.
