*********** clearance administrators

Having used this courier service before I have to believe they might be hiring *********** and ******** staff lately. A Clearance administrator by the name of Tania is one useless person I've ever dealt with at FedEx..she will ask you for one thing over and over again..my parcel has been such at customs since late March up till today. She requested my ID, bank statements more than once for the same parcel..now there's a possibility that customs might want to charge me R500.00 for the so called mis-declaration of value of goods. Everything that she requested I have sent to her timeously. I really can't recommend this courier anymore.
