This is really starting to get irritating. My package has been held for over a week now. I keep calling and sending emails with no response the person dealing with my case hasnt been to work for apparently 2 days now!!! No one has taken over my case. So my question is just because Nicole isn't at work now I must suffer? Isn't there other competent people to deal with my package. This is really uncalled for... I spend my time and my money to get answers but I never receive ANYTHING. This is my second complain... what the hell is happening!!!!!
