So sorry there is not a zero rating, we have been trying to get our consignment that is stuck in customs since 12th December 2019, the tracking system was last updated on the 12th with no further information, I have been trying to get hold of tnt so called employees with no success, we have been doing a lot of business through tnt and this is shocking to say the least, please change your customer service voicemail from no matter what or where we will deliver every time on time to we are *********** and cannot or will not help you please use another courier service!
