INCOMPETENCY
Fedex / TNT has to be the worst possible courier in South Africa.
They just don't care about their service, or their clients..
I have been trying for over a month to get 1 simple invoice out of them, and all they do it send you around in circles.. I even tried to open an account with them, well a year later and we still trying.. You don't get through via telephone, and emails just get ignored.. total incompetency..
