Incompetence perfected

Beware of this company. They refer to themselves as "Express", but could not manage to deliver a package within a 30km radius within 8 days! My package arrived at the Fedex facility on 11 February and I was informed on 16 Feb that delivery is confirmed for 17 Feb. However, now on 18 Feb nobody seems to be able to provide any information on the package! Only lies and empty promises. I would have expected this sort of timelines of the Post Office, but not an "express" courier company. Even humans on foot can deliver faster.
