INCOMPETENCE!

The purpose of a courier company is to deliver goods efficient and fast. Fedex has failed their purpose miserably! However after I did a review on this site a few days ago the following came to light: Fedex collected the two cartons in Ireland beginning of December 2020, but only one was delivered to South Africa. (On the commercial invoice it is printed very clearly that the shipment consists of TWO cartons). I was not informed, instead I was requested over and over, 12 times in all, for the invoice! This went on for nearly seven weeks. Only after I wrote the review on Hellopeter was I informed that only the one carton was in South Africa. According to Fedex this one carton has been detained by customs, for the past 7 weeks. So, I still do not know when either of the two cartons will be delivered. I say this again, Fedex has failed their purpose miserably due to total incompetence!
