I ordered something online and the selected courier was fed ex. i requested my parcel be delivered to my work address and all details were in place my name, address and contact no. as fed ex is a service provider of the company i work for they went and delivered my parcel as a return to our returns department they did not ask for the person on the address as it should be they just dropped it off. you would think that a company the size of fed ex would employ people who can think but that is definitely not the case. now there is no way i can get my parcel i need to wait for a refund. all i can say is that this is the worst service i ever received as i am a regular online shopper and not one of the other courier companies has ever been this dumb.
