Incometant Company

So i import from china and use TNT / FEdEx (not sure who is who) quite often but pay my suppliers the freight costs and pay import costs here locally. i was approached in March by FedEx to open a local account as it "would be more conveniant" i was told. well after 3 months i eventually got the account open. GUES WHAT ,,,, not so conveniant after all. First shipment to arriove i was told i cannot use my accounbt to pay for the clearing as it was imported by TNT and i hjave an FedEx account, and that after i enqiuired for a TNT account and was told it is all FedEx now. So NOW my second attempt to bring in parcel via FedEx on my account only to bre told by my supplier that he cannot send via my account, I HAVE TO request collection from this side. WELL WELL WELL have sent emails to my "SALES PERSON" Sibonisile Sithole and tried calling with no success at all. So now back to squre one with these people!!!!!!!!
