Impressed, but room for improvement

The courier was professional. I do wish that they would inform me, even on the day, that the product will be delivered that day. A simple email or sms would suffice. I did not step out today only because i constantly checked their tracking service, which told me it is out for delivery today. On their tracking service, i also wish it displayed more information. all i got was when it shipped, and when it was out for delivery.
