I'm still waiting for an update on my shipments since 1st of May 2022

This is getting so frustrating, I but some supplements from Malaysia, Satinz skin company last month and it arrived south africa 1st of May 2022, and when u tracked it, it shows pending that it's been held by the port of health for inspections. And to my understanding inspections takes up to 48hrs.since 1st of May 2022 up till today there is no update on my shipments,nobody has contacted me to tell me what is happening.this experience is so frustrating, time consuming, I'm feeling so sick and tired to always be the first to write to fedex south africa and it will take forever for anyone to reply my messages, this makes me feel like a nuisance,always writing to them to find out the update on my shipments. Please if I can't get my parcel by the end of this week can it be returned to the shipper .
