I would like to thank FedEx for the efficient service that they offered me, its is the most amazing service I have ever experienced, thank you to the 3 people I spoke to, unfortunately I can remember the 1st lady's name, but thank you to Asanda who took her time to call me and inform me that it will be delivered as per my request rather than when fedex was going to deliver and thank you to Laska who took me his time to call me back when I couldn't get my tracking number and also called the driver to find out what time he would deliver and called me back and gave the info, Stanley the driver called me at 13:00 that he promised to ask for directions and the parcel was delivered on time. thank you so much FEDEX you made my day.
