I'm flat out ignored
I have struggled for over a week now to get a response from multiple people at FedEx on where my packages are. I see customs delay. But cannot get any info out of these people on what that delay is and when delivery will be. There are more than 13 people at FedEx copied in on the emails I've been sending. Not one has had the decency to respond and let me know what's the hold up with my packages. Everyone knows FedEx or any express courier is not cheap. And that we pay that fee because we need our orders delivered. These are stock orders for my business and my clients are getting angry with me because they want their products. Pathetic.

27 Jul 2020, 07:23Still no contact or status update on my packages. One was shipped as long as 3 weeks ago. No one can tell me what's going on. Online it says clearance delay but no action required. Now I sit. My customers are leaving me for another supplier and the courier company is ignoring me.
