Ignored while package awaits
I have had a parcel arrive for me two weeks ago (02-07-2020). It shows it is in Jhb, but there is a delay. I have had zero communication from Fedex in regards to this package. I have tried to call them at least 5 times a day and there phones are not answered. Im desperate for these goods. Please could someone help!
