What an absolute disgrace of a company. Nothing gets done unless I give them a bad review on Hellopeter, which goes to show what a bunch of clowns they really are. After the last fiasco (see my previews reviews), I finally managed to settle my account and have it closed with strict instructions that any future shipments are to be handed over to my freight forwarder. Naturally this in true Fedex tradition wasn't done and a shipment from 27 June is still not with me. They cleared in under my personal instead of company name, and no amount of emails either from me or my freight forwarder who they are supposed to handover to can get them to sort it out. Wasting money on advertising you're great wouldn't be needed if you were at least marginally good.
