I want my package

Was awaiting for a package from overseas, when landed to jhb fedex couldint deliver cause contact number on the package was short of 1 digit but address was correct. Now when am claiming my package am told to pay R5000.00 same value of the package. Prior was sending them emails cause I could see it has arrived and not being delivered but there was no response till I google their contact details.
