I want my package

Disappointed is an understatement. Tnt has had my package for 2 months and I still haven't received my goods. I was told to pay a fee of R1500 which I did and still nothing. I regret using their service and I will never use it again . TNT has no customer service ethics what so every I want my package or my money back.
