I sent 2 different packages with FedEx from South Africa to the UAE

I sent 2 different packages with FedEx from South Africa to the UAE. The first package was delivered with no hassle but the second one was collected from my house(sender) and somewhere along the line something happened(from their side), my package could not be delivered where it was supposed to. The package was returned back to me and I was charged a return fee. A few days later, the original amount they charged for the delivery was also debited from my credit card. I have been trying to get a refund but their communication is horrible and customer support is non existent. I just want my refund back, I tried logging in a refund and was promised a refund within 5 days but nothing has happened since then. Very horrible service
