I recently left a review of FedEx on this platform. I got a phone, I sent through my complaint and nothing is being done. I’m all for paying custom duties but there should be different amounts paid when you a customer over when you a retailer or business owner. We can’t be charge the same rates. Are we paying for the companies rental agreement. Government should re-look at these policies because it’s ridiculous.
