I need my package

<p>I have been a loyal customer to TNT for quite a while now. I have never ever received this kind of unspeakably service before. I purchased goods from China and they arrived at TNT Johannesburg last week.I was told that my goods have been stopped by customs for an inspection and it will take 24 hours. 24 hours has passed and still nothing. I was emailed to submit a commercial invoice and proof of purchase, I did so on the very same day.</p> <p>TNT emailing me and telling me that there is no feedback on my package helps me in no way where as they had said the turn around time is 72hours. TNT is not living up to their word and what they stand for which is totally unacceptable.</p> <p>So disappointed with the service and frustrated because I have already paid for these goods and the shipping fee.</p> <p>Tracking number : ********** 01</p>
