I have not had worst service from any other company!! Fedex is Pathetic!!! Close Down!!!
Worst in SA!! I am waiting for 2 weeks since my parcel landed in SA and i am yet to receive any notification of what is going on and no rep**** to emails, i call daily, hand on for an hour and then i have to cut off, to carry on my normal daily work!! my parcel landed in SA 30t july, everyday i get an email with a status update of new delivery date but nothing ever happens, they say it needs clearance yet it shows cleared on the fedex system!!! I sent all docs needed, this is not a container wirth millions, its a box worth R3500!!! $175 thats it!!!!
