I am waiting for 4 weeks for my parcel no feedback

I ordered a wedding dress it arrive in SA 3 March after a lot of following up I eventually received the invoice to pay customs which I did asap on the 17th March. I phone daily to try and get feedback regarding the parcel the representative to my file is Lebogang Monifa and she is so useless she reads my mails but never ever responds I phone but she never answers the phone I have spend so much money on phone calls because every time I phone I wait at least 10 minutes and then hang up with no success. I will never ever order something again if TNT is the courier.
