I am loosing money in money because of TNT. Its 12 day later and still waiting for my parcel.

My parcel was stuck at customs, I was contacted & I made payment immediately. I made payment on the 6th of February 2019 and my parcel has still not been released. Khosi Mpiti has been kind enough to assist however it seems he is not winning. I am in desperate need of my parcel and willing to collect at the TNT offices as I can not wait any longer. I am loosing money in business because I have been waiting for my parcel since the 1st of February when it landed in SA. Its 12 days later and still nothing. I am so disappointed & upset at the service.
