I am at my widths end!!!
I am literally at my widths end! I am exhausted. This is my 2nd complaint this week and my 5th Hellopeter complaint overall about FedEx in 1 month about the same damn issue. Between Brenda Manamela’s inability to answer emails and Neo Ramothata’s empty promises of calling to provide feedback only to receive no updates, I find myself stuck. This issue has been ongoing since the 18th of September 2020 and I am still nowhere close to seeing a resolution. I’m really going to shine the brightest light at the ****ty customer service I have been receiving from you guys and I will go the distance. You really don’t give two ****s about your clients!
