Horrifying service...I don't recommend this company to anyone
Is there a way to describe their service? I actually cant find words to described how lack of customer service and engagement from some of their staff is. You will not believe how much begging for a service you've paid one has to do. Its traumatic, its scary and like you are in hell. I can not recommend their service to anyone.
Unfortunately i didn't choose them, its what my partners chose overseas. Rather close down if you are not in a position to help people. Its not a favor you are doing us as customers, this is business.

My only suggestion will be for your driver to contact the person whom the product belongs than to make anyone sign for things they don't know. the package had my details. So your driver conduct is very unpleasant. Thank you again
