Horrific Service
Never in my life have I had such a bad experience ! I've been using fedex for almost 4 years as my business requires import services! Shannen handling my package is so unprof, she does not reply to my emails, doesn't answer phone calls. Feels like no one at fedex cares about their customers at all. Thanks for the most horrific service I have ever experienced Fedex! I'll never use you again!
