Horrible service

I'm out of words, soo unprofessional and *********. Always lying, all the time. My package was supposed to be delivered last week Tuesday, and they kept on delaying to update their systems. The driver said they tried to call me but could not get hold of me for delivery but there was no indication of such from my end. Today they said it would be delivered, till now I am still waiting, no communication and updates from the driver.

I am sooo upset and frustrated. No remorse and no rapore exercised by agents, they just make you feel like a ticket to be finished and passed. I'm so disappointed and continue to hate this service.
