Horrible Service

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the delivery of my recent package, which was shipped via FedEx. On [Order Date], I received a notification stating that my parcel was out for delivery on October 9, 2025. However, the package did not arrive on the designated date.

Upon contacting their customer service, I was informed that the package was hijacked. I do not believe this at all. They ruined my whole month.
