Horrible service

Its been a while now I get my notification sms messages telling me when my parcel will be delivered one probleme they don't keep to the delivery day 2weeks back I did't get my parcel funny thing I got a delivery e-mail from takealot telling me parcel delivered so something is not right how can a parcel be delivered without me signing for it as im going to contact takealot and try to get my parcels trough another courier this is not the first complaint im tired of phoning the office and ask where my parcels is and whats going on someone somewhere is not doing their job please make work of this issue
