Horrible Service!!!!

Fedex is impossible to deal with. I have been expecting a shipment which has been in SA for 5 days now. I have called the call center 7 times and each time they give me a different story. I have requested a managers assistance. I am told that they cannot transfer to a manager but a manager will call me back. No call back is ever received. This has happened 3 times. Terribly *********** and cannot get any credible information on my shipment. The numbers they have given me to contact Devon at Port Health ********** 981 and Palesa at the imports team ********** 943 just ring and ring.
