Horrible Service
I often receive consignments from overseas through Fedex and the service is nothing short of **********!!!! I have been dealing with Komola Naidu who has been very helpful by trying to get the people who are supposed to do the clearance to revert but they do not reply. I have tried to get hold of both the person dealing with the consignment - Patrick Katshwana and his supervisor Sakkie but neither answer their phones. Really poor service and I am at my wits end in dealing with this company!!!!

Nobody has been in contact with me and it is not possible to reach Sakkie or Patrick Telephonically. This is very frustrating. Patrick also does not reply to emails. Service is appalling!!!!!
